you go to settings, and there's a tab that says pop/forwarding.  the first option there, you'll see a place where you can type in the other email address you wait your mail to be sent to.

thanks for your answer joooosh, but this option is available only for incoming emails. I wants gmail to send another copy of email I send (outgoing) to another default email address. Do you know how to do that?

From what I've seen, the only way to copy outgoing mail is to cc each email that you write.  It sounds like a pain, but gmail knows who you're typing in even before you type most of the email address.  So, when you want the mail to go to another address, you can just add it.  I'm not sure of any other way.  Sorry I couldn't help more.
