I have a small home electronic safe that is labeled "Wolf Electronic digital safe" (was bought in home-center). I had to replace the batteries and the code was erased.
how do I set a new code?
(I still have the key and can open and close the safe)
sometimes the manufacturer sells his product under another name , try to look for the full manufacturer name and address , if you find it send the company an e-mail explaining your problem. another way is to talk to the home-center branch you bought the safe , they must have some record of it.
I had the same problem today...
To set the code, you need to press the red button inside the safe (you have a key, so opening it is not a problem). After the "beep" you enter a new security code and press the "B" button.
That's it - your new code is set.
You can also refer to the manual:

I bought a Heritage safe for Christmas in 2006, and now I've locked my code inside. I sent an email to the company, but wondered if anyone may have ideas to get in the thing.
