A:I think the budget should be a joint thing. They both should sit down and calculate expenses and incomes and decide about the budget. I don't think it matters who spends more. If you plan the budget together it might be a good way to learn how to spend the money rationally. Otherwise, there will always be a dispute if the decision is right.
