When police  have  a  Warrant ,  they  don't  care  who  is  home ,  They   are  going  to come in  And  take  into  custody  who  ever  is  guilty  of  committing  a  crime

Depending on your state.  In SC, they can come in if invited by the minor.  If the arrest warrant is not for the minor and the minor does not ask them inside, I do not believe that they have the right to come in.  If it is a search warrant, yes, they can come in no matter who is home.
