@bullsncanes: can you confirm you are using AOL webmail at http://webmail.aol.com. If so, if the problem continues to exist, try "shift-click" on "Help" (upper right corner) and then "Reset" your mailbox state (don't worry, nothing will happen to your data). Then try again. You can also try http://basic.webmail.aol.com to see if it's the same problem there.
