Searching for seized cars for sale can be risky, but if you're organized there are many bargains to be had.
You can also check out impounded cars, abandonded cars and bank repo vehicles.

The 1st thing I suggest that you do is get a full list of vehicles on auction (I'll give a link a little further down), and do your own valuation on all the cars which you may be interested in. Set a top figure bid / value for every vehicle and don't go above that price.

Please note : The repossessed cars which you hope to bid on ought to have titles (or at least  - be able to be titled) otherwise you can't obtain insurance.

If you have not experienced a seized car auction previously then I recommend you attend a few auctions beforehand in order to get a better comprehension of the process - it's worthwhile to build up some confidence because car auctions can be quite frightening the first occasion.

Once you have attended a few auctions you may begin to recognize the regulars - the people in shirt and tie are most likely used car salesmen.

Note which vehicles they tender on , they're guaranteed to know the market (what price they can promote the car for) and furthermore the general condition of the cars - they will most likely be on good terms with the auction personnel and would get additional info - most likely more than us general public.

Remember that the car dealers bidding on the seized cars hope to make up a fat profit on the vehicle so they don't wish to offer as much as yourself - this large profit that the car dealers would add on may possibly be your huge savings ....
(This is the most secure method that I have revealed for purchasing cheap seized cars for sale - you can also go it solo if you have the advantage of skilled advice and feel confident.)

The top way to collect info about upcoming seized car auctions are with Gov repo & seized cars for sale , they are experts and boast one of the leading, up to date and most dependable information archives of Government & Police auctions of used, repo, impounded and seized vehicles, trucks and SUV's.

Alternatively you can check through the many websites, magazines and newspapers, plus / or contact various repo vehicle institutes and credit unions. This would take lots of time and effort , and honestly, you couldn't come anywhere near the quantity and standard of up to date info which a business who focuses on this could. If you desire access to the top bargains to be had then getting the most complete and up to date info is critical.

Hopefully I helped you a little with your search for repossessed and seized cars for sale.

All the best, and if you're patient and do the research you should be able to get a great deal!

Thanks, was looking for helpful information on hot to find seized cars for sale.

Has anyone ever actually been to a government auction for seized cars for sale?

Was it worth it - should I look for cars there?

Most of the banks in my area sell their repo cars at auction.
Sometimes you can buy directly from the bank, but that is usually a vehicle they have been sitting on for a long time, 6 months or even a year.
Seized car sales work the same-
