I was asked to survey the medical treatments market outside Israel, it seems that there are medical / Insurance specialists out there dealing with referral of medical problems internationaly.the Israeli medical entity that approached me is dealing with coordinating medical related treatments in to Israel matching the best in class medical advisory and expertise to a specific medical problem from anywhere around the globe, I don't seek names rather advice/ how to reach such experts in India, Brazil and Eastern european countries like Poland, Ukrain, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croasia, Turkey, Moldova, Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Czech republic, Macedonia, Slovania, Albania and others.
I plan to build a map of the opportunities in some of these countries, any advice on where to access such info or expert advice on how to compile such list on my own will be highly appriciated
