Yes, as the chemical itself (THC) is extracted very finely with vaporizing, depending on if its hot-boxed (quick inhale exhale resulting in Mass smoke clouds) or if it is inhaled and held. I whould advise that if u are concerned with this, do not be in the same room as them while they are smoking.
