The site http://www.peopleferret.com/ has the largest listing of people search, reverse locators and people finder related links. They also have additional areas of the site so you can locate inmates, military people, and OK I'll say it... even dead people too. You'll want to bookmark it as soon as you arrive as I've found there's no possible way to view the entire site in one sitting especially when you get to the "Government Resource" area where there thousands of links and resource sites listed. If you want to go straight to the GOV section - http://www.peopleferret.com/free-big-brother-government-search.htm for all the government related links you are set!

Otherwise I'd recommend you go to the People Finder area there at People Ferret and then use the free resource links in that area of the site.
