There are certian factors to consider:

1. The background of the company. Is it a new company or an experienced company?

2. Have the company done any projects related to your job description. Always ask them to show you the proves.

3. What is your budget. As the higher budget you willing to pay, the higher service they might give you.

Don't mind the service fee of their website, whether it's cheap or not. Always consider the credibility of that company and also the feedback.
