My screen on samsung blackjack cell phone is stuck at windows mobile. I have tried several times to clean the sim card and take out the battery but the screen goes straight to windows mobile and nothing happens. Any solutions.
It seems like you've tried everything as a consumer. take the cell phone to a technician.
