how do i find out if my children have school on columbus day?

I'm sure they do. No one really cares about Columbus or Columbus Day. He was just a dude who accidentally sailed to North America, saw people living there, and decided to claim the land and the people were both his. Makes perfect sense, right?

just go on ur school district website and check or if they give u a calendar of everything that is going to happen then check there or just tell the teacher or principal they r suppose to know

Via school's web site,but i think columbus day is not that important.
