Don't be afraid sweetie. Just learn a lesson from this and never have unprotected sex again. You can get the contraceptive pill free from a clinic and they are obliged to keep it confidential. Likewise, if you are at all concerned about being pregnant, you can visit a doctor for a test and he is obliged to keep it confidential from your parents.
Is your period on time? Was it late at all? Certainly stress can have an affect on periods, especially the kind you have been under. I would say it's not likely that you are pregnant, but keep an eye on it and if you ARE AT ALL CONCERNED that you may be or if you experience nausea, painful breasts and extreme tiredness or even if you don't - go to the nearest clinic or doctor and have a check up and get some contraception.
Worst case scenario - when my daughter told me she was pregnant (and this happened to TWO of my daughters as teens) I was shocked and shattered, but vowed to stand by them and support them in every way I could and you may find that is the reaction you will get from your own mother too. An initial disappointment, but finally a great acceptance.
But as I said, if you are not pregnant, use this as a lesson to use contraception. My thoughts are with you.
Kind regards
Jewel
