A scab on the inside of the nose that is persistant and won't go away. If you have one buy some over the counter women's yeast infection medicine rub it on the scab with a Q tip once a day and it will dissapear within 3 to 5 days. Sometimes this can happen 3 to 4 times a year. I'm not sure what cause it but it might occurr for several years in a row and then disappear.
