Do you mean to BE fried, like in toasted, wasted, trashed applying to alcohol or drugs?

idk ! thats y i asked but i think it has something to do with being tired and didnt noe it had so many meanings  ! i just heard it on the movie '' he's just not that into you'' But thanks to you , i now understand the meaning , and i feel blessed to have found this website and that u answered me when i thought no one would !
