How to say Double Inch
What is the translation from English to Gaelic for two (or double) inches? In this case the Inch is a small islet or piece of land surrounded by water. My wife is a Galbreath. The Galbraith stronghold for many years was a place called 'Inch Galbraith.' One of my ancestors lived near the site called 'Inch' near Cruggleton Church in southwest Scotland. I would like to translate the term 'Two Inches' or 'Double Inches' into Gaelic. The Scots version would be 'Twa Inches.'
