How do I figure out the phone number. The options button has a key that says "My N umber" but when I select it, the response is memory empyt.
You insert the sim card first, then charge the battery. The sim card holds all of the information. Make sure you write down all numbers on the sim card as well as the model number and serial number on the device. You will most likely need them when you set it up after it is charged.

if you have your mobile numbers on sim then you may get them back from other mobile handsets. or use different sim card in your mobile and find that you have same issue or not.
