In my experience with courts and the DA not complying with discovery. Your case will not be heard. The judge will issue an order directing the DA to comply than a new court date will be set. It just drags on a bit longer. If the scales of justice were equal which they are not on many cases if it were you who did not comply you would not be permitted to use certain evidence in court. Back to your question one of a few things you can expect. The first the DA given more time or second they DA must present his case with the evidence he already submitted. Very rarely will the entire case be just thrown out. Although not un heard of.
