I've read that salmon -- even canned salmn -- is very, very good for you. But salmon -- even canned salmon -- is also very, very expensive! Canned TUNA is much cheaper. What, (if anything), does canned salmon have -- nutritionally -- that canned tuna doesn't? And does it make any difference whether the tuna is albacore, (white), or light? Also -- are there any differences between pink salmon and red salmon, other than that pink salmon has less fat in it? (I like the taste of ALL canned salmon, and ALL canned tuna. But I'd like to get the most nutrition for the least cost!) Thanks!

To me canned salmon stinks worse than tuna.
salmon cantains extremly high levels of Omegs-3 fatty acids. These acids reduce the risk of Coronary Heart disease with no Phaemaceuticals.
