How to sale enough tickets like a lottery to buy our home and how much would i sale them for?

I was wondering how people can sale their home through a lottery system.

I have had aot of medical problems and my husband too. We have had to charge our medicines at times with the high cost of co-pays and after 30 years he has, lost his Medical Insurance. I am disabled but I have medicare A and B, so we would now have to pay for our medicines full price I am married to a proud man who will not get his meds until my needs are met hes a kind person.  After 30 years with the same company the oldest employee, will surely be laid off soon. We live in Florida he has no 401K, no pension or any other benefits he does have and gets 2 weeks paid vacation a year.

Our home is huge and like many all over the country the appraisal value continues to go down so we are not able to remortgage, and no one will give us a line of equity. i even got a letter from Sears Gold card today saying they were taking it away. We do not spend money un-necessary, I did not have a balance with them and they are owned by Citi-Group, but they said because of our debt ratio, that they had every right to discontinue my card, like most of them when i pay them off we do cut them up, but I have never had one taken away because it was paid off.  I am ok with that. My husband is 63 we live on a 1/2 acre which he continues to maintain.

I have had alot of back surgeries and can not work I get social security disability $616.00 a month, even my co-pays for my medicines are more than that. My point being is my husband takes care of the outside and the inside of the home unless I am having a good day and can help him. Please someone tell me how to sale tickets like a lottery and to put in an escrow so we can sale our home and pay off our bills and get a small rental place that we can afford.

Sincerely,

Sandra and Wayne
