Great hair is a must!

I'd be weary of these so-called diet pills that claim to help you lose weight and in this case, also lower your cholesterol. Unless it's approved by the Federal Drug Administration, it's not likely worth investing in. The best way to get healthy, lose weight and lower your cholesterol is changing your diet and exercise regime. Have you thought about joining a gym and/or seeing a nutritionist?

My idea about weight loss is: if you didn't take a pill to become overweight, don't use one to try to lose weight.  I personally wouldn't even trust the FDA - after all, they approved aspartame.  Aside from that, maintaining a healthy body fat percentage is all about spending time eating right and exercising. The body needs to adjust to being healthy, so just start small:  get out & walk if nothing else.

Your link attaches the word "some" onto the URL so it doesn't quite work right, but my reaction to the description is that I am wary of it.  "It speeds the removal of glucose from the bloodstream, at least partly by enhancing insulin function..."  I'm of the opinion that messing with insulin levels should be a last-resort (like if you have diabetes) kind of plan.

Anyway, take this as you will, but I remain skeptical.
