A:From experience, I´d say Asics Gel Kayano 13 and Nike Pegasus are two durable running sneakers. I prefer Asics and they usually last me twice as long a pair of running sneakers should last. It is advisable to change your running shoes after 6 months of use, if you run on a regular basis. I run 5miles, 5times a week and I think the price I pay for the sneakers is worth it for the time they last me.
