How much should running shoes cost?

How much is too much when buying running shoes?

Is this really the place to save? Wouldn't a bad shoe cause serious damage?

I wouldn't try to save on a running shoes. They cost around 100USD if your talking about a relatively good shoe but you can also find good shoes for around 70USD. This is a purchase you want to be happy with since a bad running shoe is something you won't tolerate. Better to buy one good pair of shoes than to buy a few mediocre pairs.

If you buy quality ones you will probably spend over $100, but your feet will thank you.  The Walking Company is an excellent place for walking and running shoes.
