How to root spider plant "babies"

I have a spider plant that is suddenly thriving and making "babies"!  I don't know how to root these new plants. Can you help?

Just plant them in moist soil.

Thanks .....  How do I know where on the stem to cut them from the 'parent' plant?

At the joint to the main plant stem.  You can root them before cutting them loose from the parent plant if you like.
