never made roast beef... what meat do i buy ??/ how do i roast it??/
well you can got to market and look for english beef roast , rump roast, or ask the meat department to recomend one. then you can cook in large pot on top of stove with potatoes and carrots and onions for several hours. you can bake covered in oven at about 250 for 6 hours with all the things in it listed all is good
