I signed a contract for a house on sept 29th, I had some reservations because i still owed 400 towards down payment which was do on sept 18th. before signing we made a verbal agreement i could just make payments for the rest. Now in the contract it stated the down was to be paid on the 18th of sept. this is now 29th of sept, and he still wants me to sign some what pushy about it. after signing i asked for my copy he told me that i would recive it from the county after he filed it with in 10 days. we did sign in front of my bank pres. my first payment was due 18th of oct in which i paid on time and i do have receipts for all payments made so far. 2 days after making payment i called asking for my copy of contract, he then tells me i'm in breach of contract and there for i need to remove myself from property, i again asked for a copy and he just danced me around. so then i recieve a notice to quit giving me 30 days to be out (not court filed either). So what i want to know is can he do this, do i need to be out in 30 days do i lose all my money including the repairs i had to make to beable to move into. i'm a single mom with little money and he knws it, as for him he has money. please help
