My rights.

I have been harrassed several times by my manager.A friend of mine saw her coming out of my apt when I wasn't home and on a sunday.My air conditioner broke down the other day.I put in a work order and wrote on work order only when I am home because I do believe she is coming into my apt snooping through me house.When I got home tonight I had a 24 hour notice put on my door about this.What's my rights.I feel with everything she has done to me that I have the right to be home.

This is an outrage. Sometimes the landlords think they can do whatever they want. No he can't enter your apartment without your consent. Try here to read your rights according to your state:
