Watched your video on how to replace a peice of broken glass in a window. Having been in the business for the past 40 years, remind me not to have you replaced a putty galzed window in my house. First you asmume that all windows are putty glazed! In the removable process, you forgot to mention, that there will be glazing points under the old putty that have to be removed. Next when you set the glass, you set it in the frame dry. A NO - NO !!!!! The window needs to be back bedded with putty to make the best seal possible. Next someone should show you how to run putty and show you how to use a bent putty knife.
Just thought you would want to know how to do it right.
P.S. Most people don't have a heat gun !
