The best thing is a good diet,foods that are rich in omega 3 such as oily fish are good for the skin,plus drink plenty of water as this too is good, and invest in a good moisturiser and apply twice a day,i use Nivea and i am now 37, but people think i am younger than i am and are always shocked!they keep saying that i only look as if i am in my twenties,so i do all that i advise you in the answer and it works for me good luck.
