How to get rid of a fats under your chin? and on your neck? Is that also a cellulite?

Here

are some simple steps in how to get rid of a double chin. Of course the extreme is plastic surgery, but I would try these other steps such as change in diet and chin exercises before even considering surgery. Good luck!
