Ali, you are treading on EXTREMELY dangerous ground.
It is highly unlikely that a demon is 'popping in and out' of your life because that is generally not how they operate.
Demons want to:
1. Oppress you
2. Possess you
3. Destroy you
In that order.
You must stop concentrating on these things as you have only one line of defense when it comes to dealing with demons and that is the name Jesus. Thats all you need.
Jesus deals with demons who attempt to invade the lives of saints and yes, you should consider yourself a saint if you believe that Jesus died for our sins.
So give this thing over to Jesus. That's all you have to do. If you think you see it, you MUST rebuke it in the name of Jesus and go on about your business. It is now God's job to deal with it and He will.
Do not align yourself with people who tell you that they can 'help' you because most times they are already oppressed or possessed, they just don't know it yet.
Think about it for a second...If this group was so good at what they do, there would be no more demons in our world. The fact is that sometimes those groups are gateways to other demons who will make a path into your life for one thats even worse.
Be very careful who you listen to and test everything you are told against the word of God.
