Wow...it is a hard question to answer...have you called your vet to ask him? When we got our puppies, we just kept taking them outside till they got the idea. We did have some accidents, but we just kept taking them out and until they got the idea. We would praise them and sometimes even give them a treat. We would also use puddle pads in the house incase their were some accidents. Have you had the dog to the vet yet to make sure there is no physical problem that may be the cause for the problem you are having with the puppy? It is a good idea to start at the vets office and then go from there and then go on from there. Good luck. How old is the puppy? You might try going to a web site for the breed of your dog and see what it says about potty training? It may give you some information about some things you may come up against up with your breed, and sometimes they have chats where you can ask questions about things concerning the puppy. Just keep up with taking and asking questions till you get some answers that you can use. Good luck.
