I am planning to retire from the Federal ...

I am planning to retire from the Federal government in the next six months.  My retirement pay will be approximately 58% of my current, gross salary but almost exactly what I take home today.  I feel that if I can live on my take home pay today (and I get cost-of-living adjustments in the future) I will be fine.  (I have other savings as well)

Do you agree with that analysis?
