What can I do about retalitory non renewal

I have lived in my apartment complex for 22 years. I've never been late on my rent. I am very friendly with all my neighbors and my grandson who I have custody of was just accepted in 4 K in my current neighborhood. I am disabled and working with Voch rehab to get back to work. My landlord stated she was not going to renew my leave (expires Aug 31) because I caused trouble last year about the pool.I did call the home office and other residents called DHEC 3 times because the manager refused to let the tenets use the bathroom at the pool.She now HAS to allow the tenets to use the bathroom and keep it unlocked. She thinks I did that although I have explained it was not me. For the last year I have been asking for new carpet, kitchen floors and countertops without getting any repairs. I have never had anything done in 22 years although it was promised many times. The landlord did provide paint once in 22 years but I had to do the work of painting myself. For 5 years I asked for my bathtub to be regrouted , I finally did this repair myself because she would had never had it done. Now the landlord says she is not renewing my lease because I'm rude and caused her problems about the pool last summer. I know in SC they do not have to give you a reason to nonrenew but 22 years is a long time. I still have mauve carpet from the 1980's . The carpet cleaners won't clean anymore because they say there is no point.She also charges rent unfairly. Some people pay increases yearly and others have no increases. She rents apts to multiple families then claims she didn't know. There are 17 people in a 3 bedroom, 8 grown men in a two bedroom etc. I do not want to move, this is my home and if forced to move my grandson will also lose his slot to go to 4K. What can I do?Please help!!!
