Can you recommend a hotel in Jerusalem?

The Jerusalem Hotel at Nablus road is a well located hotel at a reasonable price. Its proximity to the  old city and other orthodox neighborhoods gives you the ultimate "Jerusalem experience".

If you are looking for something real cheap kind of like a hostel I would recommend two of them:

Rabin 

Yehuda 

And f you are looking for something a bit more with good view i would recommend Shoresh which is outside of Jerusalem. 

Inside the city there are good and expensive hotels 3 of the famous ones are:

King David 

Dan Panorama 

Olive tree

The King David and the David Citadel are both gorgeous hotels. They're a little pricey but definitely worth a look.
