What are some well respected finance/investing sites with discussion boards? Google groups are mostly spam. Yahoo answers too many idiots. Any recommendations?

I went to talk to someone in person. I don't trust online investing advise or transactions. Google investment firms in your area and personally check them out every way you can. Make your own portfolio with the experts advice that you choose. Do not ever make investment transactions online unless it is a reputable company that you have visited and got to know your financial advisor. To many scams and online is to risky to get advice on how, where, or when you should invest and a lot of websites look legit but they are fronts for fraudulent scams.

Get the personal advise and options in person. You will be more secure and wont be as susceptible to scammers.    Gregory H.

CNN has a great money site, but I agree...nothing beats going to your personal money advisor. I'm not sure whether there are actual discussion boards on CNN.

It was certainly further evidence that the Pac-10 is back as a national conference. After two overtimes and a touchdown with six seconds left in regulation, the Oregon Ducks outlasted Arizona 44-41 to take control of the Pac-10. For a while, the stars seemed to align for Arizona. California upset Stanford during the the third quarter of the Wildcats' game, bumping one Pac-10 peer from Rose Bowl contention. Meanwhile, Arizona shrugged off a 14-0 deficit to take a 24-14 lead early in the fourth quarter. Longhorns Find It Easy to Stay Focused
