Are there any resources available that could assist me with the use of Microsoft Access 2007?

Are there any tutorials available to assist with the use/understanding of Microsoft Access? I a textbook that I'm using for my CIS 110 course (Introduction to Computer Information Systems), but I find it confusing to follow. Does anyone know of an audio explanation/step-by-step model that will assist me in the use of Microsoft Office Access 2007?
