My wife worked for the Govt and has drawen SS benfits under my SS Number. We could not prove her age, due to fact she was delieveried by Mid wife and no record of her birth. thru. all records, her age in SS was incorrect and she has been overcharged on her medicare payment. her age with SS was much higher than her age and she was penilized for not appling for medicare when she was 65 at about $20.00 a month since She started drawning on mind in 1962. Question: Is there anything We can do about it now. She is now 82 years old and SS had her age as in the 80s when she started drawng SS on my Number
