How to reprogram a keyless entry for a 99 concorde?

I need some help in reprogramming the keyless entry into my vehical. a 1999 concorde. I just bought the car used and the remotes never worked when I got them. I tried changing the batteries first... no luck. I really want to get them working as with kids... just easier to get them in.

Reprogramming may not be your issue. You should take the vehicle to a Chrysler dealership and ask them to diagnose the issue and recommend a repair. Another option is to go aftermarket and just get a new remote system installed. Newer ones can include remote start and alarms all in one. System start around $100 installed for the simpler options. Might be a cheaper alternative than a dealership repair of an old system.
