I have a similar problem. Aftracing the circuit to make sure of the correct breaker (sometimes an old breaker will not trip) I located the problem, a Pole switch, which was the firest stop for this circuit and therfore branched off by splices. I had dropped my primary and had a hot neutral, still do not know whathappen. If somebody has a suggestion I would appreciate hearing from someone that may have some ideals.
