We had a flood in our dirt crawl space almost two years ago. The entire crawlspace was filled to the top (3 feet of water),  water was turned off just before it reached the main level.  We are noticing cracks in our ceiling, doors are no longer closing and there is cracks in the outside front of our house in the foundation.  I am concerned that its a serious foundation issue. The restoration company which caused this flood sent in a so called professional and told us there is nothing to worry about, that the wood is just drying out..which I am not buying.  I am thinking it has something to do with the soil being so wet, and putting pressure on the foundation walls and perhaps has caused and is causing shifting...Curious to see what others think and if anyone has experienced such a mess and has any advise.  Thank you ~ Brenda
