If she brings home nearly $2,400 a month, she should be able to pay rent. What are all of these expenses she has which preclude her from doing so?

Honestly, I didn't ask her what her expenses are.  I do know she has outstanding debt to IRS and credit cards but I don't think she should live here for nothing.  I don't want to ask her about her bills but living here sure gives her alot more money to play with.  Thanks for your answer, I really appreciate it.
