Looking to rent an apartment

I am looking to rent an apartment. I am currently living with a friend who said that as long as I find someone to replace me I can leave the contract. She's a good roommate but I just need my own space. I have tried looking on Craigslist but have had no luck so far. Is it worth it to hire a real estate agent or are there other websites I should look at? Is it a better investment to buy instead of renting?

Family is the best thing in life.

First of all, you can check out sublet.com to see if you can find a person to take over your contract. Second, depending on what you're looking for, a real estate agent can be extremely helpful when it comes to finding what you are looking for without you having to do all the legwork on your own. The next step is finding a real estate agent. You can check

here to find one in your area. Your real estate agent can also advise if buying or renting is better under your circumstances. Good luck!

If you like privacy and wanted to live on your own.  I guess you better rent  first, if you don't have enough savings. Try looking at this site Apartment Guide and about the real estate agent it will help yes, but be careful of those scam they are everywhere.

Yes, it's a better investment to buy some property instead of renting. Because when you compute all the expenses you pay for the rent for several years, it's just almost the same with the money you spend for buying your own property.

Yes it is very good to buy than to rent.  St. Louis Cheap Houses can help your concern and they can find the property you want.
