Try wetting it a little with windex to make it soft. Then remove it using soft kitchen pot scrubber.
Thanks, Rayter. The Windex did a decent job of softening it, but still left some residue. That gave me the idea to try my Goo Gone, and that knocked the rest out. Just washed the blouse, and it's good to go. Can't wait to wear it again! Rockie
