I had a book about 1943/3 and I think it was called Maryann and The Old Party. The old party was a horse and he and Maryanne had many adventures, they also had an ice cream fountain that had vanilla and strawberry ice cream. It was a delightful book but no one seems to have heard about it. I would be grateful for any information.
