Religion: why do you brainwashed people forvive ...

Not all religious people follow anything Swaggert says. And not all women who have abortions need to be forgiven. Why would you even assume such a thing?  Georgie you sure do ramble a lot and it is making you look like a fruit loop. Be careful sonny or you will end up in a straightjacket. What do I think of Swaggert? I think he is almost as much of a fruit loop as you.  And another thing, you might want to stop telling lies about Laura Bush, you could get sued you silly goose.

From my guess you have a chip on your shoulder about being gay and the problem is not really Swaggart or anyone else, but more about yourself and how you perceive others to feel about yourself.

Jimmy , within 90 days of his first incident had his license to preach pulled and his membership in his organization was ended. He never got his license back. He incorporated himself. He does not have a fraction of the audience that he once had; and his recording sales are not a fraction of what they were. But he sure could play the piano. It runs in his family Jerry Lee Lewis was his cousin. And I take offense at you talking bad about Mrs. Laura Bush. She is a very nice person and helps the needy. God only forgives a person when that person comes to the realization that what they are doing is wrong, it is called SIN, they have to be truly sorry for their sin, confess and repent of that sin which is turning away from that sin and only then will that person be forgiven.

Only a true believer would understand this kind of forgivness[the God kind] Christ died on the cross for all our sins,but you have to have faith,and believe this,and ask for His forgiveness,just like Jimmy did[on natioal TV yet] Remember His deciples asked Him "if a brother sins how many times should we forgive him?,Jesus answered "70 times 7.We don`t forgive the Swaggarts of the world-God does! God's forgiveness is based on the payment for sin made by His son on the cross. Go to the cross of Christ for your own forgiveness then many of your questions will find their answer...or never need to be asked.

For those whom God has forgiven much through the death of His Son, then, as God has forgiven us, we ought also to forgive one another.

As for Jimmy Swaggert, he has done nothing to me so their is no need for me to forgive him. It is God that each of us needs forgiveness from.
