I think this is just your desire trying to manifest it's self. It is highly doubtful that this can be attributed to astral projection. You're merely trying to believe that these people are actually after a relationship with you when you are the one who is desiring them. If these people show no affinity to you in the physical reality other than friendly. By that i mean, Non sexual, then they probably have nothing to do with this. You might have an issue with accepting your own sexual desire for what it is because it seems that you are idealizing that it is coming from other people and not considering the simplier answer that you're controling all of it with your imagination.
