Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.

A:

"Religions of the book" and "people of the book" refer to non-Islamic religions that recognize the same god of Abraham that Muslims do: ie. Jews and Christians. Jews think of themselves as "people of the book" becaus of the Torah, but don't consider Muslims as such.
