Unfortunately the original Greek manuscripts of the New Testament books have been lost. However, we do have a number of copies of these Greek manuscripts to work with. Some are not complete, some have copy errors, others may have some additional text. The English New Testament translations take these various manuscripts into consideration by supplying the most reliable texts and footnoting alternate texts. I would warn you though, not to get caught up in trivial differences in the various manuscripts, but rather, focus on the message.
