Knowledge is the key to the future.

I think it plays a huge role. You grow up around a certain culture that you are bound to learn a life lesson or two.

I agree with with questforanswers. Culture does plays a hugh role in our religion. When we grow up around different cultures having different beliefs and concepts of who God is, We have different opinions.

That is why the bible tells us, to study to show thyself approved unto God. A workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the work of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

Regardless of what your culture may be, please search for the truth and knowledge of God's word.

John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the father , but by me.
